Only 5 miles from the delightful town of Southwold on the Heritage Coast, the apartment is within easy reach of Blythburgh, Walberswick, Dunwich Heath, Minsmere (RSPB flagship nature reserve), Thorpeness, Aldeburgh, Orford, Westleton Heath, Snape Maltings, Framlingham and Orford (both having medieval castles) and is less than 30 miles from Woodbridge and Sutton Hoo.

The area is known for its artisan local food production and local farm shops that support  them.  Many pubs and restaurants provide quality meals incorporating local products.  Adnams Brewery and Distillery in Southwold provides excellent beers, wines and spirits to the many rural inns.
